Regular hirers
A welcoming home for your club, class or group. Plan your regular sessions at Heath Village Barn.
£13 per hour
For four or more sessions per month. Minimum booking: one hour.
£15 per hour
For one-off bookings or fewer than four sessions per month.

Check availability, then discuss a rolling booking with our Bookings Secretary before reserving your dates.
Allow time for your whole visit
Include setup and cleaning in your booking. Allow a 30-minute changeover between events.
Keep your details up to date
Provide a telephone number and email address, and tell us if either changes.
Insurance and safeguarding
Commercial and small-business hirers must supply their Public Liability policy schedule before their bookings take place. Read the safeguarding policy where relevant to your activities.
Help people find your group
We can promote your sessions on our What’s On page and Facebook. Contact us with your details and our Webmaster, Barrie, will be in touch.
