If you are the leader of a club or group and would like to hire The Barn on a rolling basis, please complete our booking form.

We are happy to publish any event on the Heath Village Barn Facebook page besides listing your events on the What’s On page. Just complete our ‘Contact Us‘ form at the bottom of this page and our Webmaster Barrie will be in touch to add your details.

We have included a link to the ‘advanced calendar of bookings’ to help you plan any sessions that you have in mind. It is always helpful to have a chat with our Bookings Secretary and discuss any options that may be available to you. Just follow the link to our ‘Contact Us‘ page.

Public Liability insurance

If you are a commercial/small business, you will need to forward a copy of your Public Liabilty policy schedule before your bookings take place. If you require further information regarding this cover, please use our contact us form.

Fund-raising at The Barn, Heath and reach

Safeguarding Policy

We ask that all hirers read and be familiar with this adopted policy

The following information will assist you in completing the electronic booking form:

Making your reservations

Select the dates you wish to reserve for Heath Village Barn – Community Hall Hire and click on the ‘+’ sign to proceed. A new window will open for you to provide your booking details. Please review the online documents carefully, as these will serve as the foundation for the hiring agreement. It is recommended to allow for a minimum of 30 minutes gap between events to ensure a smooth transition.

Hire Charge

The rental fee for booking The Barn is £13.00 per hour with a minimum reservation of one hour. For one-off bookings or if you schedule fewer than four sessions per month, the hourly rate rises to £15.00.

Number of Hours required

Include the setup and cleaning times within the total number of hours you wish to book The Barn for. For example, if your session is for 1 hour, make sure to allocate an additional 30 minutes for setup and clear-away, resulting in a total booking time of 1.5 hours.

It is vital that we are able to reach you in the event of any issues regarding your booking. We will communicate with you via phone and email, so please ensure to inform us promptly of any changes to your contact information.

Number of Visitors

The Heath Village Barn – Community Hall Hire is licensed to accommodate up to 40 people, whether seated or standing, in compliance with the Fire Regulations mandated for the premises.
