Hiring The Barn

Welcome to Heath Village Barn, the perfect venue for all your event needs. Conveniently located in Heath and Reach, Bedfordshire, our community hall offers a versatile space for private parties, business meetings, fundraising events, clubs, and societies.

Making a reservation

Select the dates you wish to reserve for Heath Village Barn – Community Hall Hire and click on the ‘+’ sign to proceed. A new window will open for you to provide your booking details. Please review the online documents carefully, as these will serve as the foundation for the hiring agreement. It is recommended to allow for a minimum of 30 minutes gap between events to ensure a smooth transition.



Hire Charge

The cost is £15.00 per hour and part thereof. Saturday & public holiday bookings are for a minimum of 3 hours. We only permit one party-type booking each day.



Number of Hours required

Include the setup and cleaning times within the total number of hours you wish to book The Barn for. For example, if your session is for 1 hour, make sure to allocate an additional 30 minutes for setup and clear-away, resulting in a total booking time of 1.5 hours.





Number of Guests

The Heath Village Barn – Community Hall Hire is licensed to accommodate up to 40 people, whether seated or standing, in compliance with the Fire Regulations mandated for the premises.


